
Beginner Yoga Class

These classes will be suitable for all practitioners, but will be focused on basic alignment and yoga principles. Whether it’s your first time practicing yoga or you’re a seasoned yogi, this class is welcome to all. This will be a slower paced practice with lots of stretching and longer holds, designed as a gentle invitation to some of the basics of yoga. A well-balanced, hatha-inspired class!
There will be one class on Sunday February 23rd @ 10 am and another on Wednesday February 26th at 7pm. You can either book one class, or take both for $40!
